Shipping & Payment
We ship out orders at least twice a week, so this usually means there might be a few days before your order is sent. If you do need your order urgently, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to speed it up.
Royal Mail has announced a number of strike action dates, which will result in orders reaching our customers. There will be significant disruption on the following dates:

– Saturday 1 October 2022
– Thursday 13 October 2022
– Thursday 20 October 2022
– Tuesday 25 October 2022
– Monday 28 November 2022
– Various other dates throughout November 2022 for different parts of Royal Mail

Canvases, A2, A1 and A0 prints
Most orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be passed on to our printing partners on the same day. These are despatched from them directly to the delivery address you give us when placing your order.
Shipping charges vary depending on the country the order will be delivered to and are calculated at checkout.
If you’re ordering anything other than canvases, A2, A1 or A0 prints, please place a separate order for the other items so that you’re not overcharged for shipping.
Buying from outside the UK
Following the UK leaving the EU on 31 December 2020, any purchase from a country outside the UK will class as an import when it arrives in the country it’s sent to – this means that couriers and customs are able to charge import fees, taxes and duties (we don’t like them either). These are different in each country and will also depend on what you order. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you will be responsible for any of these costs. We recommend taking a look at your country’s customs website to find out more about these charges. If you have any concerns or questions about this, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
We love our planet as much as our products
We don’t use single-use plastic, unless it can be re-used, recycled or biodegraded easily. Our envelopes and boxes are made from paper or cardboard – even the packaging tape we use is made from paper, so it can all be recycled. Our bubble wrap is biodegradable, so if you can’t re-use it and it has to go in the bin, it’ll break down way faster than plastic does. If we need to send your order using a mailing bag, they’re compostable too. All of our greetings cards are sent naked without a polythene protective sleeve – don’t worry though, they’ll still make it to you in tip top condition.
We accept most major credit and debit cards on our website. These payments are handled by our third party payment provider, Stripe, Inc. Payments will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “Prints With Personality”.
You can also pay using PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, Humm, SplitPay, Apple Pay or Android Pay.
