Returns
We pride ourselves on delivering top quality prints and greetings cards to you every time, but we know people change their minds. If you’ve ordered a standard design print or greetings card and it’s still in a resalable condition, get in touch with us to arrange a return and exchange or refund. You must let us know you’re returning the item within 14 days of receiving it, and we must receive it back within 30 days from when you’ve told us you’re returning it.
Due to their nature, if you’ve ordered a personalised product, these cannot be returned. Digital downloads also can’t be refunded once they’ve been purchased.
As amazing and reliable as our posties can be, occasionally our prints and cards can have a bumpy ride on their way to you. If you receive your order and you’re not 100% happy with its quality and condition, please get in touch. We’ll ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item before arranging a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as humanly possible.
Any refunds will be made back to the original payment method. If the original payment was taken from a gift card, you will receive a replacement gift card to the value of the refund to use against a future order. All gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase/activation.
